If you're an admin of your organization, you can invite other coaches to join it. Once they accept, they'll be able to create and see the organization's drills, classes, series, and lessons alongside you.
A few things to know before you invite someone:
Your organization has a coach seat limit based on your plan — if you're not able to send an invite, you may have hit that limit.
Inviting a coach is different from inviting a student to a class — a coach invite grants organization-wide access, not access to a single class. To add someone as a student instead, see Joining a class, or invite them directly as your student to track them outside of any specific class.
New coaches inherit visibility into everything already published (and unpublished drafts) in the organization the moment they accept — there's no per-drill permissioning within an organization.
