Right after you sign up as a coach, PickleCraft has you set up your organization — think of this as your club or coaching business. You'll give it a name, and you become its first admin.
Organizations matter because:
Drills are shared within an organization. Every coach in your organization can see and use the drills any coach in that organization creates.
You need an organization to create classes, series, and lessons — these all belong to your organization, not to you personally.
Only organization admins can invite other coaches — see Inviting other coaches to your organization.
If you're coaching solo, you'll still have an organization — it'll just have one member (you). If you later join a bigger club that's already on PickleCraft, ask their admin to invite you rather than creating a second organization.
