Open any drill you created and select Edit to change it — the same form is used whether the drill started as an AI upload or a manual entry, and every field is editable: title, skill focus, player count, level range, timing, drill type, setup, instructions, coaching tips, the competitive variation, and the video.
Publishing is a toggle at the bottom of the edit screen, labeled Draft or Published. A new drill starts as a draft — invisible to students — until you flip this toggle. See Draft vs. published: how content becomes visible for what draft and published actually control.
Two settings are easy to confuse, so here's the difference:
Published controls whether your own organization's students can see the drill at all.
Public is a separate setting that controls whether other coaches outside your organization can discover and reuse the drill in their own libraries. You can publish a drill for your students without making it public, and vice versa.
You can also archive a drill you no longer use, or deactivate it, from the same screen. Archived drills drop out of active lists but aren't deleted.
Available to coaches and club admins — students can view a published drill's detail page but can't edit it.
