Adding students to a class

Invite students by email — existing PickleCraft users are enrolled right away, everyone else gets a signup invite.

Open a class and add students by email, one at a time or as a batch (separate multiple addresses with commas, semicolons, or spaces). What happens next depends on whether each address already belongs to a PickleCraft user in your organization:

  • Already a user in your organization — enrolled immediately.

  • Not yet a user — sent an email invitation to sign up; once they accept, they're enrolled automatically.

Either way, the notification email doesn't go out until the class is published. Add students to a class while it's still a draft and nothing is sent — PickleCraft holds the notification and delivers it the moment you publish. Add a student to a class that's already published, and they're notified right away. See Email notifications: what you'll be notified about.

Want a running list of your students independent of any one class — say, to see who's active across all your classes, or to invite someone before you've scheduled anything? See Building your student roster (My Students).

Available to coaches and club admins.
