A series is a curriculum that spans a date range — a 6-week clinic, a season-long program — made up of an ordered sequence of classes and drill sessions. It's a different tool from a single class: a class is one scheduled session, a series is the program those classes belong to.
To build one, go to Series → Create Series:
Details — title, description, and start/end dates.
Outline — add classes and/or drill sessions to the series, in order.
Students — enroll students in the series itself, and add any co-coaches. This is separate from enrolling students in each individual class inside it.
Shortcut for a standard weekly program: instead of creating each week's class by hand, use bulk-create placeholder classes — tell PickleCraft how many weeks you need, and it creates that many draft classes, titled "Week 1," "Week 2," and so on, spaced seven days apart starting from your series' start date. You then fill in each one's drills and details.
Like everything else, a series starts as a draft — see Draft vs. published: how content becomes visible.
