If you don't have reliable wifi while coaching, Upload a lesson is the flow to use. Record the session with your phone's regular camera app (no PickleCraft connection needed while you record), then come back to PickleCraft — on the web or in the mobile app — and upload the finished video file when you're on wifi.
Because you're uploading one already-complete file instead of streaming live segments as you record, there's no meaningful size limit — even an hour-plus recording uploads fine, it'll just take a few minutes depending on your connection. Uploading over wifi is still recommended for anything longer than a few minutes.
After the upload completes, PickleCraft processes the video the same way as an in-app recording: it's transcoded, transcribed, and given an AI-generated title, summary, and goals, which you can edit. The lesson stays a draft until you publish it — see Draft vs. published: how content becomes visible.
Available to coaches and club admins, from both the web app and the mobile app.
