If your coach records or uploads a lesson — a 1:1 or small-group coaching session, separate from a scheduled class — and adds you to it, you'll find it under Lessons once it's published. Each lesson can include:
The video, processed and ready to stream.
An AI-generated summary of the session.
Goals — specific things to work on, based on what happened in the session.
Your coach can edit the summary and goals after they're generated, so what you see is their reviewed version, not just the raw AI output.
One thing worth knowing: a lesson and its video have independent publish statuses. It's possible for a lesson to be published without its recording being published yet (or vice versa) — if you were added to a lesson but don't see the video, the recording itself may not be published yet. Check back, or ask your coach.
